Radio Bronglais Relaunch!

The Radio Bronglais team wants to reach out to more listeners and is planning a 'station relaunch' as part of this initiative. We've never been off air in over 40 years, of course, but feel now is the time to refresh what we do and encourage a greater share of the listening audience around the hospital. So, if you haven't listened to Radio Bronglais in the past, it's your attention we want! To get our relaunch moving, we will shortly be broadcasting a 24 hour marathon live show, along with competitions, prizes and a whole lot more ... further details will appear here!

Get those requests and dedications in!

As part of our relaunch, a number of new shows will be coming to air over the coming weeks and months. We are pleased to announce our new Bronglais Request Show that starts very soon. This will be broadcast live every Saturday morning between 10 am and 12 noon, hosted by the station's presenters. We will be playing all your requests and dedications, along with a lively mix of music and chat. So, if you have a message for a relative, loved one or friend currently in Bronglais Hospital, or a dedication for a staff member, let us know and we'll get it on air! Yesterplays!

Radio Bronglais presenter Pete Harris has recently started broadcasting with the station and you can catch his new show Yesterplays, live on Monday afternoons between 2 pm and 3 pm. Pete will be playing some of the best music from the last five decades, so there's plenty to reminisce! If you want a dedication made, or would like to hear a particular track from the past, email yesterplays@gmail.com. If it's a song we have in our music library, you'll hear it on the show!
